Accreditation by the Committee for Accreditation of Cargo Surveying Companies:
Accreditation to implement the Bulk & Break Bulk Cargo Clearance Enhancement Program.
Coverage of the Program: all Philippines bulk & break bulk cargoes/shipments loaded into carrying vessels.
PLSR (Port Load Survey Report) required by Customs for clearance of the goods.
