Rules and conditions of the competition
Organizer
The organizer of the raffle is Bureau Veritas S.A., branch in Finland, business ID number 0599333-9, Sörnäisten rantatie 29, 00500 Helsinki (Hereinafter "Organizer" or "Bureau Veritas Finland").
Participation in the competition
All adults who fill in their contact information via the raffle form on the website can participate in the competition. When the participant sends the form, they confirm that they accept the conditions of participation.
The draw will be conducted by the Organizer in May 2025. You can participate in the draw until 29th of April 2025 at 23:59. You can participate in the draw once during the participation period.
Participating in the draw requires, in addition to accepting the terms of participation, the following information to be submitted to the Organizer: name, e-mail, phone number. The information is necessary to carry out the draw and deliver the prize to the winners.
If the participant has acted in violation of these rules or in any other way against the law, or there is reason to suspect that the participant has used dishonest means in participating, this will lead to the rejection of the participation in the draw.
Raffle prizes
1-day training course will be raffled among all those who participated in the raffle. The organizer will notify the winners of the draw personally about the win during May 2025. The winner must attend the training course during the year of 2025. The available training courses can be seen on this website: https://www.bureauveritas.fi/palvelumme/koulutukset
The prize cannot be converted into money, exchanged or replaced with other products. The award can be transferred to another person if they work in the same organization. The winner is not obliged to accept the prize.
Handing over the prize
The prize will be delivered to the winner by email.
Processing of personal data
If the person filling out the form has given their information to participate in the raffle and they unsubscribe from the newsletter, the personal data will be deleted after the raffle has been carried out and the winners of the raffle have been contacted, no later than three (3) months later.
If the participant subscribes to the newsletter, the Bureau Veritas Finland customer and marketing register is applied.
